As part of this holistic framework, Hearing and Brain Centers now offers a Digital Therapeutic focused on CBT principles, a digital platform specifically engineered for tinnitus relief. Developed by military doctors and leading tinnitus specialists, the program delivers a personalized CBT program that trains users to reframe their responses to tinnitus, ultimately reducing its intrusive impact on daily life. CBT, a well-established therapeutic modality, operates on the principle that altering maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors can mitigate the emotional distress associated with chronic conditions. In the context of tinnitus, CBT techniques help individuals habituate to the sounds, diminishing their perceived volume and emotional salience over time.
